stunning top floor flat in the city center hub

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

Relax and recharge yourself in this quiet and newly remodeled one bed-room apartment. It is located just outside Perugia, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the center by car. Close to Trasimeno Lake, the small town of Solomeo, ( Brunello Cucinelli), Assisi, Spello, and all the other beautiful little towns typical of the Umbrian landscape. This is a no-smoke apartment.

Campo Battaglia Studio Studio Downtown

Our bright studio is on the third floor of a small building (no elevator!) in a quiet street in the center just steps from the Minimetro and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we tried to make it as welcoming as possible and decorate it with simplicity and care. It has a nice view of the rooftops and a view of the hills around the city.
